White Kaolin Clay & Honey Clay Mask
$6
This listing is for a 2 oz jar (1 oz of clay & honey) of white kaolin clay and honey powder, this mask still being in powder form gives you the option to customize this mask and get many uses out of it rather than it being in a liquid form. This mask is the most simple mask I have made, making it suitable for most skin types, it does not draw oil from the skin so this mask would be perfect for someone with dry skin, if you want something to soften your skin and leave it feeling fresh and clean and non-drying then this is the mask for you.
Ingredient spotlight
White Clay - is a great option for almost all skin types as it gently draws dirt and build-up out from beneath the surface of the skin and absorbs excess oil that may clog pores. The best clay mask for mature skin and users with a normal complexion, White Clay also works as a mild exfoliant.
Honey Powder - Natural honey that has been spray dried into a fine, light tan powder. It is then blended with maltodextrin to keep it free-flowing. Honey Powder is similar in texture to corn flour. Honey is said to be naturally antiseptic due to its tendency to absorb the life-sustaining moisture out of bacterial cell walls. As such, it is useful to include in salves and to use as a natural wound cover. Honey attracts the dirt from skin pores and dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. It, therefore, is said to be a natural skin cleanser and softener.
Directions of use
- - Add the desired amount of powder to a mixing bowl
- - Whilst mixing, add small amounts of water (or have a little fun and try one of these alternatives - honey, lemon juice, milk, or even yogurt) until a paste-like consistency is achieved
- - Apply evenly to the face avoiding eyes and mouth
- - After 15 minutes, wash the face mask off with warm water and pat dry face
- (Please note to not use metals with the clay mask and only use up to two times a week)
